New Educational Policies - 2020


Recently government announces certain changes in the educational system. amendment has been announced by the government on 29th July, 2020 by the Indian government. the education policies has been changed after 2 years in the Indian system. from last 32 yrs we were having the same policies everything was based on the old policies which were  not changed or not even updated from last 30 years.

Indian education system needed new policies which were according to the changing scenario of the country, with the changing needs of the students and the companies who provide placement to them the educational system must also be changed. so government came forward with many new policies which are highly needed with the changing career necessities.

Motor Vehicle Act, 2019


MOTOR VEHICLE ACT as its name suggests is the act for motor vehicles roaming all over country either private or commercial, light weighted or heavy loaded, it also establish rules for the persons roaming in those vehicles and for the drivers also. 

The rules made have been changed by the government from time to time according to the feasibility of the public and in accordance with the other supporting rules made, these changes are said to be the amendments in the act. Recently amendments have been made by the government in the Motor vehicle act 1989 and from now it will be said as the motor vehicle act 2019.

The year will be changed according to the changes made in the act and in which year the acts have been amended will be written with the name of the act. The main aim of government behind making of this act is the safety of the people of the country, to regulate the traffic, to control the movement of the vehicles, even to control the pollution and many more.

Through this act the government impose some rules on the movement of vehicles and also on the drivers so that accidents can be avoided and also protect the person in case of any accident. to make the public follow these rules government make the provisions of fine on those who does not follow these rules.

Specific Relief Act 1963 Notes PDF


In our daily life we make many types of contracts some are known to us but some are unknown to us, it does not matter if we make these contracts to our family members or to some unknown people but what matters is that we are making a contract. In Indian constitution there is a separate act has been made which deals with the contact act i.e. Indian Contract Act, 1872 there are certain different provisions in contract act which deals with certain obligations and also reliefs, the contract act deals with contractual obligations, the specific relief act aims at providing for various legal remedies for violation of the contractual obligations.

Specific Relief act has been introduced by the parliament in 1963, the main aim of this act is to give relief to those persons whose contractual rights has been violated by another person in the contract.

Specific relief act basically deals with the reliefs and recoveries of the damages of the injured person by the another person in contract. it does not only deals with the reliefs and recoveries of the injured person but also deals with the obligations and duties imposed on the persons in the contract by the law. with this it also deals with the provisions of recovery of the possession.
